This advanced, modularized, instructor-led course is designed for technically experienced Business Service Management (BSM) 9.x administrators and support personnel. It covers advanced concepts, principles, methodologies, and hands-on configuration of the HP BSM software and solutions. In addition, this training will provide an opportunity for BSM administrators to learn how to extend the value of their current implementation of HP’s Application Performance Management enterprise software management solution. The hands-on lab exercises in this course use Business Service Management version 9.22. Note that the length of this course can be from 2 to 5 days, depending on which modules are selected for presentation.
